I'm not your typical marketing agency owner. I didn't come up through corporate boardrooms or land my first client fresh out of a business degree program. I built my way here through grief, grit, a trampoline, and the kind of stubborn belief in myself that refuses to quit even when quitting would have been so much easier.
TLDR: No. You don't get a TLDR, because this is where we get to know each other!
I used to wait tables.
Not because I was working my way through school or saving up for something exciting. I was just trying to figure out what I wanted my life to look like, and in the meantime, the tips paid the bills.
then. my dad died
Grief does things to you that nobody warns you about. I gained over 100 pounds. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't unmotivated. I was a person who had lost someone she loved and was just trying to make it through each day.
then I found a trampoline
Not because someone handed me a life plan. Not because I had some big vision for my future. I just needed to start moving again. So I did. What happened next you ask? Well, I lost 100 pounds. I started sharing my journey online, honestly and without a filter, and people showed up. A following of over 200,000 people. A six-figure business built in four months as a plus-size fitness instructor. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I was real about the fact that I didn't.
marketing was
I've always loved people, stories, and the art of helping someone else's dream gain momentum. As my own brand grew, something clicked: if I could build a business through showing up authentically online, I could help other business owners do the same.
So I launched The Social Party. Eighteen clients in my first month. Fifty clients and ten team members shortly after. We helped a pediatric dentist welcome over 100 new patients in thirty days. We helped a woodworker go from local deliveries to shipping products around the world. We helped entrepreneurs launch businesses from scratch and established companies finally get noticed. And then I burned out. I was working 20-plus hours a day, running on four hours of sleep, and I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my career: scale back.
I helped team members launch their own agencies, simplified my services, and rebuilt The Social Party into something sustainable, something that lets me serve clients at the highest level without sacrificing my life to do it. Today I work with a select number of clients across the country. I speak on stages. I host workshops. I wrote a book called Girl Bounce Back about resilience, hope, and what happens when life knocks you down and you decide not to stay there. And every single day, I get to help business owners stop hiding and start being known. That's the whole story. At least the version I can fit on a website.
I don't believe in cookie-cutter content, chasing algorithms, or pretending to be someone you're not on camera. I believe your story is your greatest competitive advantage. I believe consistency beats perfection every single time. And I believe the right people are out there right now looking for exactly what you offer. They just need to find you first.
cute, let's fix that
The Content Cocktail is a fully customized workshop that turns camera-shy, deer-in-headlights teams into confident content creators who actually enjoy showing up online. In person, on the road, or virtual. Either way, nobody leaves the same way they came in.
An Airbnb so good you'll want to move in. A room full of entrepreneurs who get it, who want to see you win, and who will probably become some of your favorite people. Content creation, coaching, real conversations, and yes, actual champagne! You in?
You didn't land on this page by accident. And if something you read today made you feel a little more seen, a little more hopeful, or a little more ready to finally go for it, then we should talk. I promise I won't let you play small. It's actually against my policy.
